The powerful and transformative Voice practices shared this weekend will be accessibly taught and practiced within the context of ritual, meditation, energy healing, and profound nature connection – including a 2-hour breathwork, yin yoga and sound healing session on the Friday night and a healing cacao full moon ceremony on the Saturday. Each of these practices will have a positive effect on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual senses and they are all great stress-relieving energizers!!
There will also be plenty of time and space to rest, journal, to be in nature in an unstructured way, and to integrate the powerful energies of the Voice work.

The Retreat starts with gathering from 4pm and then dinner at 6 pm on Friday May 30th 2025 and finishes at 3pm on Sunday June 1st. Derwent Hill Centre is an 25 minute drive from Penrith (M6 motorway or train)
All of this powerful work will be taught in a held safely facilitated space by Bryony from Heartsong Healing. Bryony has been working with the Voice and Energy Healing in a conscious way for 27 years, after these practices helped her heal from chronic fatigue syndrome in the 1990s.

This retreat will be held at the stunning location Derwent Hill Training Centre and is open to all women – please make contact to receive the participant’s pre-enrollment questionnaire. Derwent Hill is a beautiful purpose-built building surrounded by woodland, a short walk from the Lake. This beautiful rural setting is about 20 minutes walk outside of Keswick and is easily accessible by road (lifts can also be arranged from Penrith train station). The retreat is open to all – please make contact to receive the participants pre-enrollment questionnaire.
