Amazing train ride into Wellington along the Kapit

Amazing train ride into Wellington along the Kapiti Coast and into the City. So blessed and grateful to live here. One of the most beautiful train rides I have ever experienced and I have been through some amazing landscapes in Europe, Scandinavia and America.

Sharing thoughts about this powerful full moon. It is the first full moon in a series of three important full moons.

Looking into the trees I received healing, I felt an energy portal opening and growing, I sensed visions of possibility.

Trees make so much possible.

They support free singing and beautiful harmonies.

I am looking forward to singing in amongst the trees with groups of participants in both my NZ (March) and my UK (May) upcoming retreats. Along with other wonderful practices and experiences.

Balanced?
Misunderstood?

Do you feel that you will be silenced or that something you want to say won't be able to be said?

Do you feel disconnected from your voice?

Is your voice tired?

I truly hope that you are able to take a moment to connect deeply in silence and peace to your heart and to your voice.

Listen to what your voice wants to say to you and to others

Listen to what is waiting to be born in you

Can you find a way to remind yourself that you have an important voice and that people want to hear what you have to say?

Do you need to find a way to re-experience and re-remember that you are a fully embodied living musical instrument and communication vessel

Sometimes we need to look more deeply at ancestral or childhood wounds around the voice to free things up.

Sometimes there are past life patterns

These things can impact our current relationship to our voice in many ways

What is it that that childhood aspect of yourself needs to say?

What is unsaid or unheard?

It can be helpful to look at situations where we have felt disempowered in our voice previously
And to find all the ways that we can think of that our current situations are different and unique.

It can be helpful to remember people who've championed you with your voice and situations in which you have successfully spoken out.

You might wish to do some journaling around what needs saying and what you are looking for in your relationship to your voice.

I offer a listening ear and a supportive framework in which to explore your relationship to your voice, strengthen your skill with it and it's power and develop a more embodied, empowered voice experience which come totally transform many aspects of your life. work and relationships.

This can be explored through transformative 121 coaching, group courses or workshops and retreats.

This work is so important as we step further and further into the soul embodiment of our life's journey.
